Attorney General's Statement
The head of the Justice Department, Pam Bondi, accepted the prosecutor's departure on Monday. Bondi stated that the judicial decision made it "untenable" for her to effectively run her office.
"Let no one confuse following the order as giving up," Habba stated. "The effort will now reach across the nation."
